I See... I See... I See A Sock!

Yes folks. You read it correctly. I've finished my very first sock! I now need to make the other sock but I'm currently doing the *Snoopy Happy Dance* because I finished it and I'm pretty proud of it. Oh I know it's not perfect and I haven't blocked it or anything yet but I LOVE MY SOCK!!!

A huge thanks to: my mom, Scout, and every single one of you who encouraged me and helped me through this. It was really a lot of fun. OK, off to go knit my second sock now. =)

Good Job!!!
Now you will become addicted and never be without a sock to knit on in emergency knitting situations.

WOOOOO HOOOO!!! You did an awesome job!! That's one of the best First Socks I've ever seen. And I know the second one will go much more smoothly now that you've made it through the first. :)

Elabeth: Emergency knitting situations? LOL! Never thought of it that way. Yeah, no more long car trips with nothing to occupy my hyperactive mind.

Karen: Thanks so much! I do hope you're right and that sock #2 will be a speedy success. Here I go!

TeAntae, I told you that you could do it. You did a beautiful job. Guess I will have to add sock yarn and needles to your Christmas presents.
Love Mom

Thanks everyone! Cast on for second sock last night which was a little easier this time since I knew not to make the cast on stitches so darn tight this round.
